Provide evidence-based telehealth therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults, with a strong focus on after-school, evening, and weekend availability. This role centers on family engagement, progress monitoring, and treatment planning within a collaborative pediatric behavioral health team. Fully remote work is available, with optional hybrid or in-person care in select markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual telehealth therapy sessions for youth ages 2-26.
- Provide evidence-based treatment tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Partner with families and caregivers to support engagement and outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress toward treatment goals and adjust care plans as appropriate.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, intake providers, and administrative staff.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and high-quality clinical records.
- Use telehealth platforms, EMR systems, Google Workspace, and other virtual communication tools.
Required
- Active, unrestricted license in at least one U.S. state as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, LSW, or LMSW.
- At least 1 year of experience working with children and adolescents.
- Availability for at least 8 hours per week during core service hours.
- Reliable phone, computer, and high-speed internet connection.
Preferred
- At least 1 year of telehealth or virtual care experience.
