Provide virtual individual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults, with a focus on developmental and neurodiverse populations. Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families, support engagement in care, and monitor progress toward treatment goals. Work with an interdisciplinary team in a whole-child, telehealth-first model that also offers optional hybrid onsite care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based individual telehealth therapy sessions for youth ages 2-26.
- Build relationships with patients and families to support engagement, education, and ongoing treatment participation.
- Monitor progress toward care goals and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to support coordinated, integrated care.
- Participate in weekly clinical consultations to strengthen clinical decision-making and receive feedback.
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation and patient records in electronic systems.
- Use virtual platforms, EMR systems, and Google Suite to support telehealth care delivery.
Required
- Current independent licensure in Pennsylvania as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD.
- At least 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
- Ability to provide care during core hours that include afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Own a phone, computer, and high-speed internet connection.
Preferred
- Experience working with developmental and neurodiverse populations.
- Experience using evidence-based practices in pediatric behavioral health.
- Comfort with technology and virtual care workflows.
