Provide psychotherapy and clinical supervision for children, adolescents, and families, with a focus on developmental, neurodiverse, and whole-child behavioral health needs. This role combines direct patient care with team leadership, including oversight of therapists, training, and quality monitoring. Care is delivered fully remote, with collaboration across integrated pediatric providers and family supports.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and conduct biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments for pediatric patients.
- Supervise, mentor, and support therapists in meeting clinical and productivity goals.
- Oversee clinical operations and monitor quality standards, patient outcomes, and documentation.
- Provide onboarding and training on the clinical model, evidence-based practices, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with PMHNPs, OT, SLP, families, and outside specialists to develop integrated treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on goals and clinical response.
- Build referral relationships with pediatric practices and support recruitment and retention efforts.
- Participate in clinical consultations, staff development, and coordination with HR and leadership.
Required
- Active Pennsylvania LCSW qualified to provide clinical supervision.
- At least 3 years of experience as a licensed therapist.
Preferred
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy to children and/or adolescents.
- Experience working with neurodiverse populations.
- Experience in integrated, team-based behavioral health care.
- Availability for evenings and weekends.
