Provide longitudinal gynecologic care for women via video visits, with a focus on chronic and complex conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, metabolic and hormonal disorders, menopause, fertility, postpartum care, and PMDD. Develop individualized treatment plans, offer medical guidance and prescribing when appropriate, and support patients with preventive care and wellness education. Work remotely within a multidisciplinary care model that emphasizes evidence-based, virtual care and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans during virtual visits.
- Provide ongoing care for chronic and complex women’s health conditions, including hormonal, metabolic, reproductive, and perimenopausal concerns.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate patient management and support longitudinal care.
- Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies.
- Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and complete charting in a timely manner.
- Use clinical judgment to prescribe when medically appropriate.
- Participate in required training and follow Allara clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
Required
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Active national board certification in Gynecology.
- At least 2 years of consecutive clinical experience as a gynecologist.
- Experience managing chronic and complex women’s health conditions.
- Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.
- Ability to work independently with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills.
Preferred
- Prior telemedicine experience.
- Comfort working across EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
