Provide virtual endocrinology care for women with hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive health needs, including conditions such as PCOS, insulin resistance, and perimenopause. The role centers on longitudinal video visits, individualized treatment planning, patient education, and prescribing when clinically appropriate. Clinicians work within a multidisciplinary care team, support patients through messaging and charting workflows, and follow evidence-based clinical standards in a fully remote model.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
- Provide longitudinal endocrine care for women with hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and complete charting in a timely manner.
- Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care.
- Use clinical judgment to prescribe when appropriate.
- Complete required training and follow clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
Required
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology through an ACGME-accredited program.
- Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.
- Ability to function independently with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a compassionate, clear approach.
Preferred
- Women's health experience.
- Prior telehealth experience.
- Comfort working across EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
