Provide longitudinal endocrinology care for women through video visits, with a focus on hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive concerns such as PCOS, insulin resistance, and perimenopause. Develop individualized treatment plans, offer evidence-based counseling and prescribing when appropriate, and support patients who may need ongoing management across multiple life stages. Work as part of a multidisciplinary virtual care team while maintaining timely documentation and responsive communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
- Provide longitudinal endocrinology care for hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive conditions affecting women.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate evidence-based care.
- Educate patients on preventative care and wellness strategies.
- Provide prescriptions and medical guidance when clinically appropriate.
- Maintain accurate patient records and complete charting in a timely manner.
- Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care.
- Participate in required training and follow clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
Required
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology through an ACGME-accredited program.
- Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered medical license in at least one U.S. state.
- Ability to function independently with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a compassionate bedside manner in virtual care.
- Comfort working across EMR systems and common digital tools used in telemedicine workflows.
Preferred
- Women's health experience.
- Prior telehealth experience.
