Provide virtual endocrinology care for women across the U.S., with a focus on chronic hormonal and metabolic conditions such as PCOS, insulin resistance, and perimenopause. Visits center on assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescribing when appropriate, and longitudinal management of both chronic and acute issues. Work with a multidisciplinary care team and use evidence-based, patient-centered communication in a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct video visits to assess patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Educate patients on preventative care and wellness using evidence-based strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and complete charting in a timely manner.
- Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care.
- Use clinical judgment to prescribe medications when clinically appropriate.
- Participate in required training and follow clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
Required
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology through an ACGME-accredited program.
- Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.
- Ability to work independently with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a compassionate virtual bedside manner.
Preferred
- Experience in women’s health.
- Prior telemedicine experience.
- Comfort working across EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
