Provide longitudinal endocrine care for women through video visits, with a focus on hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive conditions such as PCOS, insulin resistance, and perimenopause. You will develop personalized treatment plans, provide prescribing when clinically appropriate, and support preventive care and wellness education. The role is fully remote and includes collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team in a tech-enabled virtual practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans via video visits.
- Provide endocrine care for women with hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive health concerns.
- Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate longitudinal care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and complete charting in a timely manner.
- Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care.
- Provide consultations, medical guidance, and prescribing when clinically appropriate.
- Complete required training and follow clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
Required
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology through an ACGME-accredited program.
- Active IMLC license or active progress toward obtaining one.
- Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.
- Ability to function independently with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Preferred
- Women's health experience.
- Prior telehealth experience.
- Comfort working across EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
