Provide virtual care for women with complex hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive health concerns, including PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid disorders, menopause, fertility, postpartum, PMDD, and obesity. Conduct patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and prescribe when clinically appropriate through video visits. Work within a multidisciplinary women’s health team using evidence-based, longitudinal care in a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans via video visits.
- Provide consultation, medical guidance, and prescribing when clinically appropriate.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support coordinated women’s health care.
- Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies.
- Maintain accurate, timely charting and up-to-date patient records.
- Respond to patient questions and administrative messages clearly and compassionately.
- Complete required trainings and follow clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
- Dedicate at least 20 patient-facing hours per week.
Required
- Active national board certification as a WHNP, FNP, or similar.
- At least 2 years of consecutive clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience caring for women with chronic and complex conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, metabolic syndrome, menopause, fertility concerns, postpartum issues, PMDD, and obesity.
- Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.
- Ability to work independently with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking.
Preferred
- Prior telehealth experience.
- Comfort working across EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
