Provide virtual care for women with complex hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive health needs, including conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid disorders, menopause, fertility concerns, postpartum issues, PMDD, and obesity. Visits focus on thorough assessment, personalized treatment planning, patient education, and prescribing when clinically appropriate. The role includes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, timely documentation, and responsive communication in a fully remote practice model.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans during video visits.
- Provide evidence-based education on preventive care, wellness, and chronic condition management.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate ongoing women’s health care.
- Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and complete charting in a timely manner.
- Participate in required trainings and follow clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
- Provide consultations, medical guidance, and prescribing when clinically appropriate.
- Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
Required
- Active national board certification as a WHNP, FNP, or similar.
- At least 2 years of consecutive clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience caring for chronic and complex women’s health conditions.
- Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.
- Strong diagnostic judgment and ability to practice autonomously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- Prior telehealth experience.
- Experience working with virtual care tools and workflows.
