Provide virtual, longitudinal care for women with complex hormonal and metabolic conditions, including PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid disorders, menopause, fertility concerns, postpartum needs, PMDD, and obesity. Conduct assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and prescribe when clinically appropriate. Work within a multidisciplinary care team and support patients through evidence-based education, timely documentation, and ongoing messaging support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments via video visits
- Develop personalized treatment plans for women’s hormonal and metabolic health needs
- Provide medical guidance and prescribe when clinically appropriate
- Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and complete charting in a timely manner
- Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care
- Complete required trainings and uphold clinical policies, standards, and best practices
Required
- Active national board certification as a WHNP, FNP, or similar
- At least 2 years of consecutive clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience caring for chronic and complex women’s health conditions
- Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state
- Strong diagnostic judgment and ability to function as an autonomous provider
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
- Prior telehealth experience
- Experience with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools
- Comfort providing care in a virtual setting with strong webside manner
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
