Provide virtual, longitudinal care for women with complex hormonal and metabolic conditions, including PCOS, thyroid disorders, menopause and perimenopause, PMDD, obesity, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and mild to moderate anxiety or depression. This role centers on video visits, personalized treatment planning, patient education, prescribing when appropriate, and ongoing follow-up within a multidisciplinary women’s health model. Clinicians also handle charting, patient messages, and training while working independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
- Provide ongoing care for hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive health conditions across the female life stage.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and complete charting in a timely manner.
- Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care.
- Complete required trainings and uphold clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
- Provide consultations, medical guidance, and prescribing when clinically appropriate.
Required
- Active national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- At least 2 years of consecutive Nurse Practitioner experience in women’s health and chronic condition management.
- Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.
- Ability to practice autonomously with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a compassionate, clear virtual presence.
- Comfort working across EMR systems and common digital tools such as Zoom, Gmail, Google Calendar, and scheduling platforms.
