This role focuses on remote radiology reads of outpatient plain films and X-rays, with AI-assisted workflow support while the physician remains the final interpreter. The work is fully remote from home and can be structured as part-time or full-time based on chosen schedule and workload. It is a no-call setting with no hospital stat reads, and the practice provides support for IT/workstation setup and licensing or payer enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret outpatient X-ray and plain film studies using PACS software.
- Review studies in an AI-assisted workflow while serving as the final reading authority.
- Manage assigned volume according to chosen schedule and workload.
- Provide remote teleradiology reads from home.
- Coordinate with the practice support team for workstation setup, licensing, and payer enrollment.
Required
- Board certified or board eligible in Radiology.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Florida medical license.
- At least 2 years of radiology experience preferred by the employer.
- Current U.S. work visa or U.S. residency, if applicable to the candidate’s training path.
Preferred
- Prior teleradiology experience.
- Experience reading plain films or X-rays in a high-volume workflow.
- Comfort working with PACS and AI-supported imaging tools.
