The role focuses on specialized, high-acuity care delivered from home, with support from multidisciplinary hospital teams and dedicated technical and administrative staff. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct teleneurology consultations for acute stroke and other urgent neurologic presentations.
- Provide neurohospitalist support for inpatient neurologic care.
- Manage select outpatient neurologic cases as part of the care mix.
- Collaborate with hospital-based multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Use remote workflows and technology to deliver care from a home-based setting.
- Participate in care delivery across high-need communities nationwide.
Required
- Board certified or fellowship trained in Neurology.
- At least 1 year of clinical practice experience.
- Active state medical license(s), or willingness to obtain them.
