In this role, the clinician supports ambient AI solutions by bringing clinical perspective to customer discussions, demos, and executive presentations, with a focus on how the technology improves documentation workflows and patient care. The work extends beyond sales support to product feedback, solution evaluation, and representing the organization as a clinical thought leader at conferences and webinars. It is a cross-functional, customer-facing position with regular collaboration across commercial, product, engineering, and partner success teams, and it requires frequent travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical expertise to support sales and partner success teams.
- Conduct demos, customer presentations, and strategic customer engagements.
- Act as a clinical voice for prospective and current customers, including senior leadership.
- Coordinate feedback from customer interactions to product and engineering teams.
- Represent the organization at conferences, webinars, and industry events.
- Collaborate with Product to align customer needs, solution capabilities, and roadmap priorities.
- Evaluate clinical workflows and translate requirements into technology solutions.
Required
- Registered Nurse with significant clinical experience.
- Background in acute care, critical care, or med-surg preferred as part of core experience.
- Experience in healthcare technology roles such as clinical informatics, enterprise analytics, or implementation leadership.
- Ability to communicate clinical and technical concepts to clinicians, executives, and technical teams.
- Comfort engaging senior healthcare leaders, including CNOs, CNIOs, CMIOs, CIOs, and CFOs.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
Preferred
- Experience in clinical success, implementation leadership, clinical analytics, or similar roles at major health systems or healthcare technology companies.
- Experience leading teams or managing complex projects.
- Experience with healthcare quality, analytics, or informatics initiatives.
- Experience with enterprise healthcare platforms such as Epic.
