Lead nursing product implementations for healthcare customers, managing initial deployments of an AI-powered documentation platform from kickoff through go-live and post-launch stabilization. This role centers on coordinating technical configuration, testing, clinician training, and issue resolution to help pilots convert into enterprise partnerships. It also involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders in a fast-moving, tech-enabled healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementations and serve as the primary point of contact during initial deployments.
- Own project planning, coordination, and execution across internal and external cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate kickoffs, technical configuration, testing, clinician training, go-live, and post-live stabilization.
- Identify project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Communicate project progress, blockers, and escalations to stakeholders in a timely, transparent manner.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans, including issue tracking, triage, and daily testing goals.
- Collaborate with support and operations teams to improve processes and tools.
- Participate in creating repeatable implementation processes that scale across concurrent projects.
Required
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Experience with software deployment and implementation in a B2B environment.
- Experience implementing electronic record systems and leading build and testing phases.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
- Ability to work from the Central or Mountain Time Zone.
Preferred
- Epic experience, especially Epic ClinDoc.
- Familiarity with privacy and security protocols in healthcare systems.
