This role supports the rollout and ongoing success of a generative AI documentation platform for nurses, with a focus on improving nursing workflow efficiency and reducing documentation burden. The work centers on customer onboarding, workflow optimization, product feedback, and helping translate clinical conversations into structured data. It also includes close collaboration with product, design, machine learning, healthcare teams, and prospective customers through demos, training, and advisory input.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate new product offerings and provide nursing subject matter expertise to product teams.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through onboarding, feedback collection, and workflow optimization.
- Identify opportunities to improve user engagement, adoption, and clinical success.
- Design and recruit a council of nurse advisors to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Develop end-user surveys and success metrics to measure product impact and value.
- Conduct product demos, training sessions, and sales support for prospective customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and launch nursing-focused features.
Required
- Active RN experience, with 5+ years of nursing experience.
- Inpatient nursing experience preferred as the clinical background.
- Experience working with electronic health record systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with cross-functional teams.
- Based in the Mountain or Pacific time zone.
- Available for approximately 30% travel.

- Experience with Epic.
- Track record of leading initiatives from conception through launch.
- Experience building relationships across multiple levels of an organization.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.
