This role focuses on helping launch and support a generative AI documentation platform for nurses, with an emphasis on reducing documentation burden and improving nursing workflows. The work centers on customer onboarding, product feedback, and measuring clinical impact, while also supporting demos, training, and go-to-market materials. It is a cross-functional, tech-enabled role that partners closely with product, design, machine learning, customers, and nurse advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate new product offerings and provide nursing subject matter expertise to product teams.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through onboarding, feedback gathering, and workflow optimization.
- Coordinate with nurse advisors to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Develop surveys and success metrics to measure product impact and value.
- Conduct product demos, training, and customer-facing enablement for prospective users.
- Collaborate with clients, partners, product managers, designers, machine learners, and healthcare professionals.
Required
- Active RN experience with at least 3 years in practice.
- Preferably inpatient nursing experience.
- Experience with electronic health record systems.
- Ability to work across clinical and executive stakeholders.
- Experience leading initiatives from conception through launch.
- Based in the Eastern or Central time zone.
Preferred
- Experience with Epic.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.
