This role centers on clinician enablement for a generative AI documentation platform, helping physicians and other clinicians adopt tools that turn patient-clinician conversations into structured notes. The work blends training, customer support, product feedback, and outcome tracking to improve documentation workflows and clinician experience. It also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting product demos and sales collateral for prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinician education and training for new users.
- Build collateral and adoption strategies to support clinical onboarding and usage.
- Coordinate relationships with external clinical champions and advisors.
- Surface product feedback from clinical documentation workflows to product teams.
- Develop recommendations that inform product strategy and roadmap priorities.
- Track end-user utilization and clinical success metrics.
- Create sales collateral and conduct product demos for prospective customers.
- Collaborate with clients, product managers, designers, machine learners, and healthcare professionals.
Required
- 5+ years of experience as a clinician (MD, DO, PA, or NP).
- Experience with Epic.
- Deep understanding of clinical documentation workflows.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements.
- Experience leading initiatives from conception through launch.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Experience building relationships across multiple levels of an organization.
- Background in clinician adoption, change management, or customer-facing enablement.
